Items made of select Indonesian Hardwood are durable and tough, and therefore suitable for outdoor use.  Please note that the hardwood will weather when exposed to the elements. This weathering, which may occur almost immediately, is a natural reaction caused by exposure of the wood to sun and rain. The hardwood product will turn to a beautiful silver/grey color and natural splitting and cracks will appea when weathered. The weathering does not affect the durability of the furniture.
 
The furniture has been oiled before packing.  To maintain the look and to prolong the life of your furniture, Teak oil should be applied every 6 months.  Alternatively, you may apply your own stain after the wood has dried and turned silver/grey.

 

Hardwood should be cleaned with mild soap and water when necessary.
